Her work on clear thinking and structured communication continues to inspire consultants and leaders around the world, and reflects values that remain important in our own work today.

BJÖRK BEN ÖLVERSDÓTTIR
Co-Founder | Executive Advisor & Transformational Leader
Björk is an executive advisor, transformation leader, and human development specialist with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations navigate change, unlock potential, and achieve sustainable results.
She holds a BSc in Computer Science from Reykjavík University and has completed the APME program as well as IPMA’s D certification in project management. Throughout her career, she has worked at the intersection of strategy, technology, and people, leading business-critical initiatives across Iceland’s financial sector and public infrastructure organizations.
Her experience spans organizational change, business transformation, strategic planning, governance, risk management, project and program leadership, leadership development, and technology advisory.
What distinguishes Björk’s approach is her ability to identify patterns, connections, and underlying dynamics that often remain hidden beneath day-to-day challenges. She helps leaders and organizations move beyond symptoms to uncover root causes, navigate complexity, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Drawing on her background in technology, transformation, leadership development, and human development, Björk combines analytical thinking with deep insight into human behavior and organizational dynamics. She believes that sustainable transformation happens when organizations address not only structures and processes, but also the mindsets, relationships, and cultural patterns that shape performance.

ÍRIS DÖGG KRISTMUNDSDÓTTIR
Co-Founder | Executive Advisor & Transformational Leader
Íris is an executive advisor, leadership coach, management consultant, and electrical and computer engineer with more than 15 years of experience leading technology, operations, and organizational transformation initiatives.
She holds an MSc in International Technology Management from Aalborg University, a diploma in education from the University of Iceland, and is an ICF-certified coach. Her professional background combines engineering expertise, executive leadership, and organizational development, enabling her to bridge the gap between business strategy, technology, and people.
Prior to co-founding Mintos Consulting, Íris held several senior leadership positions within Iceland's financial and technology sectors, including Director of IT at Kvika Bank, Head of IT at Íslandsbanki, and Technical Director within Advania's Business Solutions division. Throughout her career, she has led technology operations, business-critical services, organizational development initiatives, and complex transformation programs in highly regulated environments.
Today, Íris partners with executives, leadership teams, and organizations to navigate change, strengthen leadership capability, improve operational performance, and successfully deliver strategic initiatives. Her areas of expertise include executive advisory, organizational transformation, technology leadership, governance, change leadership, operational improvement, strategic planning, and leadership development.
She is particularly passionate about helping leaders create clarity, build resilient teams, and successfully lead organizations through periods of growth, transformation, and change.
